Why can’t I see the option to close my Etsy shop?
Etsy says you need to close any unresolved cases or pay any overdue fees first.
Do I still get my money after closing?
Etsy says remaining Payment account funds are deposited on your deposit schedule even after you close your shop.
Can I reuse my email on a new Etsy account?
Not after closing the account. Change the email on your current account first, then close it.
